    本来打算尝试做个啤酒鸭的,没来得及准备配菜,
    就用现有的材料做了一做,据说味道还不错,暂且叫它"家常东北鸭"吧,也算原创了.
    原料:鸭肉(架)250克,切成小块;土豆一个,切小块;元葱一个,切小块
    作料:豆油,料酒,酱油,红辣椒,蒜,葱,盐
    做法:
    1.热水烫一个鸭肉,捞出
    2.锅中油热后,放入鸭肉(架),蒜,葱,料酒,酱油,盐,炒,(多炒会,才能入味)
    3.放土豆,接着炒,辣椒放进去,填水,盖锅盖炖,估计10分钟
    4.土豆有些软了,把元葱放进去,再炖会,应该就差不多了.
    建议:如果有大料,炖的时候放进去,应该会更好.

    冬笋肉丝(代东辉贴上来)

    1、洗净瘦肉切成丝,放入调味料拌匀。
    2、煮熟笋肉(水开了以后好像煮5、6分钟就差不多了),切成细丝。
    3、锅放油,放下肉丝、笋丝及芡汁料同炒匀,即可上碟供食。
